	This house is bright and sunny; it has two levels with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and it is easily accessible for the elderly. The entrance level has a forested view, an attractive gas fireplace, and a TV/DVD. The living room opens to a viewing and conversation deck equipped with a gas BBQ and chairs.
